Whether you’re Paleo or you just need a different medium to transport guacamole and salsa, we’re proud to introduce the bacon chip. We used these guys in our recent “guac off” and they were an absolute hit. Kindly prepare a separate dip bowl for any vegetarians in your party and get to it!
Toss the regular chips and upgrade to bacon chips instead.
Yield: 4 servings as an appetizer with dip
- 1/2 pound of bacon, cut into 1.5" pieces
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place bacon pieces on parchment paper on a large baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Extend time by 1-minute increments for even crispier chips.
